Text reminders

RSVPs that show up.

Mosh texts every guest the things that get them through the door: a confirmation with their entry code, the afternoon-of reminder with the address, and the gallery link the morning after. You never write or send one. Each text is triggered by something the guest did.

Why it pays

The guest who said yes on Tuesday shows up on Friday.

3:00 PM

Fewer no-shows

A reminder the afternoon of the event, with the entry code and the address, goes to everyone who's coming. The people who said yes on Tuesday remember on Friday.

A faster line

Every text carries an entry code. The guest shows it, the door scans it, and the search-by-name queue disappears.

No blast tool, no list export, no carrier paperwork. Mosh's messaging is registered under Mosh, and every message has a way to stop.

How it works

Every text is triggered by something the guest did.

The rules

Who gets texted, and when.

  • Who gets what

RSVP, ticket or list: confirmation and entry code. Booking: confirmation, booking page link, deposit receipt, and your decision on a request. Membership: confirmation, receipts, a failed-card prompt. Promotion: confirmation and the terms. Gallery: the link, to guests who were checked in.

  • Consent

A guest gives their number to RSVP, buy, join or book and is told at that point that Mosh will text them about it. Every message includes a way to stop.

  • Carrier registration

Mosh's messaging is registered with the carriers under Mosh. There's nothing for the venue to register.

  • Free-form blasts

Not yet. A guest-list host can message their own list from their link; for everyone else, share the event page link, which carries RSVP and tickets.

  • Verification

Texting is on once ownership of the venue is verified.
